About Microsoft and the Role
Microsoft's Global Channel Partner Sales (GCPS) organization drives growth across AI Business Solutions, Cloud & AI Platforms, and Security. The Executive Assistant role supports the CVP of this high-impact organization by managing calendars, travel, and executive communications while upholding Microsoft’s core values.
Responsibilities
Calendar Management and Meeting Logistics: Manage high-profile calendars, coordinate meetings with C-Suite and Board executives, and handle urgent escalations with discretion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Utilize internal and external networks to support executive workflows and represent Microsoft’s brand.
Leadership: Demonstrate executive presence, onboard and train new staff, and mentor peers in the administrative community.
Resource and Space Management: Oversee expense, hardware, and office space management in compliance with company policies.
Travel Management: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, prepare detailed itineraries, and ensure compliance with travel policies.
Qualifications
Required: 7+ years of administrative or business support experience with a focus on scheduling, travel management, and executive support. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and experience in mentoring, supervisory roles, and administrative budget management.
