Overview
The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team plays an essential role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy into local execution plans and driving operational excellence across regions. The EMEA Enterprise Cloud & AI GTM Lead drives strategic transformation and initiatives across the EMEA region by empowering the Solutions and Programs GTM Team.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to secure programmatic motions across multiple geographies.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Ensure high quality execution between regional and OU Activation leads.
Solution Play Activation: Ensure consistent execution of core sales operations for Cloud and AI Platforms, standardizing processes while enabling local agility.
Connected Marketing: Align with regional CMO to orchestrate and execute the CAIP marketing plan, driving pipeline acceleration and supporting seller enablement.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build robust relationships with SE&O leadership and represent the Cloud and AI Platform voice across teams.
Change Leadership: Drive adoption of new tools, systems, and processes to support transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
A Master's Degree in a related field combined with several years of experience in sales operations, project management, analytics, or related functions is required. Equivalent experience is also considered.
