Responsibilities
This role involves advising client technical decisions, engaging in competitive analysis, consultative selling, driving insight-led conversations, and strategic technical planning. You will be responsible for technical communication, technical sales, building stakeholder relationships, and demonstrating Microsoft Solution Capabilities. The role includes ensuring team readiness for deployment, building strategy, and delivering technical proofs of concept along with orchestrating customer engagements and partner ecosystem leveraging.
People Management & Partner Ecosystem
You will manage and empower your team, drive employee growth, and provide technical mentorship. Responsibilities also include scaling customer engagements, orchestrating team resources, coaching for technical success, and supporting partner technical capacity.
Solution Design and Proof
You will lead advanced sales methodologies and guide technical demonstrations, hackathons, and proof of concept sessions. The role focuses on designing innovative solutions that meet complex customer requirements and challenge competitive offerings.
Qualifications
Required qualifications include an advanced degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields with significant technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience. Additional qualifications include experience in cloud or hybrid infrastructures, architecture design, and people management. A strong technical background and leadership in technical consulting are critical for this role.
