About the Role
Microsoft’s Human Resources Business Insights (HRBI) team is the people analytics function focused on a modern, data-led, technology-enabled People Analytics Experience. As the Director, HR Data Analyst, you will serve as the HRBI Analytics & Advisory Leader to the Chief People Officer’s COO Organization.
Responsibilities
You will collaborate with HRBI and the HR COO organization to:
- Deliver analytics-driven executive reports and Board materials.
- Develop strategic insights on people trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Create data-driven narratives and presentations for HR and Corporate Communications.
- Monitor external workforce and industry trends.
- Advise on impactful people and culture decisions.
