Overview
The Sales Enablement & Operations team at Microsoft is key in translating commercial strategy into local execution. This position, Director, Go to Market Management Azure, is focused on creating and orchestrating strategic go-to-market plans for Azure’s growth and database modernization initiatives.
Responsibilities
Product Advocacy: Act as the primary product and technical advocate across product portfolios. Develop strategies to drive cross-selling and guide sales engagements with best practices and change management support.
Business Leadership: Develop and execute business strategy and tracking plans to drive sustainable growth. Lead cross-functional initiatives with corporate stakeholders to execute One Microsoft orchestration, align field teams, and deliver GTM objectives.
Connected Sales Enablement: Champion solution plays by activating aligned sales and marketing execution. Coordinate between corporate and field teams while engaging partner ecosystems and mitigating failure points.
Other: Embody Microsoft’s culture of respect, integrity, inclusion, and accountability.
Qualifications
Required: Over 8 years of experience in marketing strategy, business planning, or related fields, with a minimum of 5 years focused on enterprise GTM planning and sales enablement. Must have 3+ years experience with Microsoft Cloud or major public cloud platforms.
Preferred: Strong storytelling, executive communication, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation
Base pay range typically from USD 130,900 to 251,900 per year in the U.S., with variations in high cost market areas.
