Overview
Microsoft’s Commercial Solution Area (CSA) sets the sales strategy, leads technical sales, and operations as a hub for the Commercial Solution Areas and Support Services powering the Microsoft Cloud. As a Director, AI Sales Specialist Global Black Belt, you are a senior business leader with business and technical expertise within our enterprise sales organization. You will lead virtual teams to help customers realize AI & digital transformation through cloud computing.
Responsibilities
- Advise C-Suite executives and build strong customer relationships.
- Support complex deals and remove roadblocks for faster sales.
- Drive competitive strategies and secure business commitments.
- Scale repeatable sales patterns and provide feedback to GTM teams.
- Lead knowledge transfer via coaching, training, and enablement.
- Act as a trusted advisor through thought leadership and public engagements.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Information Security or related field and 6+ years in technology sales/account management required. Extensive experience in large AI engagements, Gen AI, and application modernization is necessary. Additional preferred qualifications include advanced degrees and deep understanding of Microsoft Azure, cloud platforms, and competitor landscapes.
