About the Digital Win Room Deal Strategist
The Digital Win Room Deal Strategist is a vital sales leadership role at Microsoft focused on driving high-impact customer engagements. Reporting within the Microsoft Customer and Partner Sales (MCAPS) discipline, this role supports strategic customer engagements and accelerates high-value opportunities across cloud, services, and enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Core Integration Services: Collaborate with account teams, facilitate weekly DWR sessions, and engage senior leadership in high-level strategy forums.
Strategic Customer Engagement: Embed with account teams, coach on execution, drive customer maturity, and accelerate deal closure.
Stakeholder & Demand Management: Prioritize DWR coaching requests, manage diverse stakeholder expectations, and balance demand across regions.
Expertise Development: Build in-depth account and industry knowledge while staying current on Microsoft sales frameworks.
Continuous Improvement & Insight Generation: Analyze engagement patterns, generate actionable insights, and contribute feedback for service enhancement.
Qualifications
Required qualifications include 8+ years in sales, sales operations, account management or similar, with substantial experience using data to drive business outcomes and managing stakeholder relationships. Additional preferred qualifications include project management, sales pursuit expertise, familiarity with Microsoft processes, and strong executive communication skills.
Compensation & Application
The base pay range across the U.S. is approximately USD 130,900 - 251,900 per year, with location-specific ranges applicable in the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
