About the Role

At Microsoft SME&C, we are leading a high-growth, AI-powered global sales team deeply connected to our partners and driven by customer success. As a Digital Solution Engineer Manager - Cloud & AI - German speaking, you will lead a team of innovative Azure Digital Solution Engineers, acting as trusted advisors and subject matter experts in Azure. You will work closely with customers to guide them through their Cloud & AI transformation journey and help them realize their business priorities through cloud computing.

Responsibilities

  • Team Coaching: Set team goals, implement sales discipline, and use the Model, Coach, and Care framework.
  • Customer Focus: Cultivate relationships with IT leaders, decision-makers, and developers.
  • Partners Management: Establish regular cadence with prioritized partners to drive Infra, Data, AI, and Apps initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure smooth engagement execution.
  • Pipeline Management: Use tools to convert leads into opportunities and track progress.
  • Continuous Learning: Build a learning culture to keep up with new technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications

Candidates should have technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience with relevant educational background. Several years of people management experience, including leading virtual teams, is required.
