Overview

The Digital Solution Area Specialist - Cloud & AI at Microsoft is a trusted technical advisor to customers in the Small Business Segment (SMB) within the Azure Solution Area. The role focuses on driving Azure adoption and consumption through technical engagements, scalable cloud solution designs, and digital transformation guidance.

Responsibilities

This role operates in Microsoft’s SME&C segment by working with digital natives, enterprises, and small businesses to deliver net-new revenue through workload adoption and expansion.

  • Manage a defined portfolio by identifying and accelerating project opportunities.
  • Lead sales execution via client conversations, demos, and workshops.
  • Collaborate with account teams, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide competitive analysis and craft strategies to position Microsoft Azure.
  • Engage in forecasting, business planning, and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Candidates must have technology-related sales or account management experience, or a relevant degree combined with such experience. Preferred qualifications include solution sales or consulting services experience.
