Overview
Do you enjoy working on a high-performing, fast-paced technical sales team? At Microsoft SME&C, you will join an AI-powered global sales team that unites Small Medium Business, Corporate, Strategy, and Partner teams to unlock significant customer opportunities.
You will work within a virtual team of sales, technical, partner, and consulting resources to enhance capabilities in extended detection and response (XDR), zero trust, cloud security, and Microsoft Purview portfolio. This role is designed to help empower customers to protect, govern, and safeguard sensitive data while managing regulatory compliance and privacy.
This position promotes both consultative selling and deep technical expertise across Microsoft and non-Microsoft cloud-based security & compliance solutions. The role is flexible, allowing for up to 50% remote work.
Responsibilities
- Scale Customer Engagements: Lead technical presentations, demos, and workshops.
- Scale Through Partners: Coordinate complex solutions with internal and external partners.
- Build Strategy: Provide customer feedback and drive competitive insights.
- Solution Design & Proof: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical blockers.
- Technical Leadership: Drive technical discussions and showcase Microsoft security offerings.
Qualifications
- Relevant certifications or degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 6+ years technical pre-sales or consulting experience (or 4+ with a degree).
- Cybersecurity industry expertise and Microsoft security portfolio knowledge.
- Experience in selling complex, cloud-based solutions to SMEs.
- Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
