About the Role
Microsoft’s Human Resources Business Insights (HRBI) team is on a mission to create a modern and innovative People Analytics Experience that is data-led and technology enabled. As a Data Analyst in HRBI’s Analytics & Advisory team, you will partner directly with HR leaders to understand and influence business and people priorities using data.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day work includes designing, executing, and delivering research and insights through data visualization and compelling storytelling techniques. You will apply analytical tools to tackle high-impact people-related business questions and translate findings into actionable insights. You will act as a trusted advisor to HR, consulting with partners to drive strategic decisions and impactful business results.
