Original Job Summary

Overview

The Customer Solutions Architect at Microsoft FastTrack will support enterprise customers in deploying the Microsoft 365 suite across three solution areas: Copilot, Security and Compliance, and W365. This role works with Microsoft field sales and services teams to transform customer business and IT environments through adoption and usage of Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with deployment of new features and services.
  • Monitor usage health with internal data quality dashboards.
  • Collect and act on customer and partner feedback.
  • Manage customer success to prevent escalations.
  • Engage in customer and engineer quarterly reviews.
  • Guide partner enablement and update customers on product features.
  • Develop best practices and write content to build product utility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in technical program/product management, coding, software development or delivery work.
  • 2+ years customer-facing experience.

Compensation & Benefits

The base pay range for this role in the U.S. starts from USD $100,600 up to $199,000 per year, with higher ranges in specific regions such as the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
