About the Role

There has never been a more exciting time to work in healthcare at Microsoft. The Health & Life Sciences Solutions organization is an interdisciplinary team of product managers, designers, engineers, and clinicians designing and deploying next-generation healthcare solutions on the Microsoft Cloud.

Role Overview

As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will be an integral member of a team within HLS Solutions. You will empower clinicians with groundbreaking healthcare copilots by applying your skills in project management, instructional design, change management, and user engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient, seamless customer and partner experiences with minimal supervision.
• Define success criteria by understanding customer goals and proactively addressing concerns.
• Identify blockers, escalade issues, and mitigate challenges for rapid solution deployment.
• Apply business, technical, and industry knowledge to drive architecture and support projects.
• Engage customers with active listening to advocate for alternative and improved solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and record opportunities within Microsoft’s Customer Engagement Model.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field with experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or equivalent experience. Must be German and English speaking.

Preferred: Experience in customer-facing roles, technical projects, and technical certifications in Cloud (Azure, AWS, Google) or security certifications.
