Role Description
In the role of Cloud Solution Architecture at Microsoft, you will drive customer secure digital transformation through Azure and Microsoft 365. You will be a customer-facing technical advisor, managing overall technical relationships while owning data security engagements including architecture, technical readiness, implementation, and production optimization using Microsoft Purview products.
Responsibilities
- Drive customer transformation on Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Own data security customer engagements and implementations.
- Conduct in-depth technical security discussions with decision makers.
- Build deep relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
- Deliver proactive support services ensuring value realization.
Qualifications & Key Skills
Required qualifications include extensive technical experience in data security and deep familiarity with Microsoft Purview architectures. Candidates should understand the data security market, regulations such as ISO27001 and NIS-2, and have hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview Information Protection, eDiscovery, Data Loss Prevention, and Insider Risk Management.
Key skills include Relationship Building, Problem Solving, Collaboration and Communication, Customer Focus, Value Realization, and the ability to function as a Trusted Technical Advisor.
