Overview

In Microsoft, the SME&C team seeks passionate individuals for customer success as a Cloud Solution Architect Modern Work. You will enable SMC customers and partners to achieve business outcomes through Microsoft technology investments.

Role Responsibilities

You will: Adapt business models and solutions to insights; act as the voice of customers and partners; champion architectural approaches; lead technical discussions; and drive project delivery while resolving blockers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive customer satisfaction and trusted advisor relationships.
  • Deliver architectural design, resiliency reviews, and technical optimization.
  • Engage technical and sales experts to develop customer roadmaps.
  • Provide feedback to Microsoft teams and participate in community events.
  • Maintain governance to minimize risks and ensure best practices.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure and IT roles are required. Advanced degrees coupled with significant experience, customer-facing experience, deep technical skills, and relevant technical certifications are preferred. Proficiency in Korean and English is required.
