About the Role

There has never been a more exciting time to work in healthcare at Microsoft. Our Health & Life Sciences Solutions organization is an interdisciplinary team of product managers, designers, engineers, and clinicians, designing and deploying next-generation healthcare solutions powered by the Microsoft Cloud for organizations worldwide.

Role Overview

As a Cloud Solution Architect within HLS Solutions, you will empower clinicians to achieve more with innovative healthcare-oriented copilots. You will apply your skills in project management, instructional design, training, change management, and user engagement to deploy new technologies focused on driving positive healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver seamless customer and partner experiences with minimal supervision.
  • Understand customer goals and help define success criteria.
  • Identify and mitigate delivery blockers for quick value realization.
  • Apply business, technical, or industry knowledge to support projects.
  • Communicate gaps and drive product or process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to expand consumption and usage of Microsoft solutions.
  • Engage customers and partners with active listening and feedback.
  • Monitor industry trends to align architectures with business objectives.
  • Collaborate using Microsoft's Customer Engagement Model.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field with experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting. Must be fluent in German and English.

Preferred: Experience in a customer-facing role, technical project experience, and technical certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google, security certifications).
