Cloud Solution Architect

Overview

Microsoft's Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organization is on a mission to empower customers with differentiated experiences using Microsoft products and services. The Cloud Solution Architect role is designed to lead technical strategy for customers adopting M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform as part of their AI and productivity transformation.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on Generative AI and Modern Work challenges using M365 Copilot and Power Platform.
• Guide deployment, administration, and security for M365 platforms.
• Drive customer success through integrated design and implementation of AI and low-code solutions.
• Scale solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Champion best practices, reusable IP, and continuous learning in technology.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4+ years' experience in cloud/infrastructure, IT consulting, systems administration, software development/support, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degrees and/or 8+ years experience, customer-facing technical roles, hands-on experience with M365 administration and Power Platform, and relevant technical certifications.
