Overview
Microsoft is seeking a Cloud Solution Architect specializing in Business Applications Customer Engagement. In this role, you will drive customer business applications, enable low-code agility, and transform organizations with AI. You will provide customer-facing technical leadership, aligning Microsoft Business Applications with customer needs.
Responsibilities
Customer Centricity: Gather insights, map solutions to outcomes, and enhance customer satisfaction through technical workshops and support.
Business Impact: Develop opportunities for consumption growth by guiding decision makers and ensuring customers achieve value from Microsoft investments.
Resolution of Blockers: Identify and address issues hindering project go-live using technical and functional expertise.
Growth Opportunities: Leverage deep knowledge of Microsoft Business Applications to identify areas for customer and partner growth.
Technical Leadership: Continuously upgrade skills, share knowledge in communities, and contribute to intellectual property creation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience in cloud technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, and software development. Experience in customer engagement is essential.
Note: For roles in Microsoft Germany and Austria, a minimum of two days per week on-site is expected. The role is open until filled with a minimum open period of 5 days.
