We are seeking a **Cloud Solution Architect, Microsoft Teams** passionate about driving customer business applications and AI transformation on the Microsoft platform. This customer-facing role involves assisting customers in leveraging their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements. As a Cloud Solution Architect, Microsoft Teams, you will serve as a strategic trusted advisor and technical subject matter expert, ensuring seamless onboarding, adoption, and value realization across Microsoft’s Teams solutions, including M365, Teams App Deployment & Management, Power Platform, Networking, and the Cloud Adoption Framework.

Responsibilities

  • **Customer Centricity:** Serve as a trusted advisor, driving customer satisfaction by leveraging Microsoft Teams expertise to deliver Customer Success Plan outcomes. Actively listen and thoughtfully challenge to achieve optimal results.
  • **Customer/Partner Insights:** Provide valuable feedback and insights from customers and partners to relevant Microsoft teams, enabling continuous product and service improvement.
  • **Accelerate Value Realization:** Engage actively with business and technical decision-makers to drive intent, enablement, and usage of Microsoft Teams, securing long-term customer renewal. Collaborate with technical and sales experts to identify additional opportunities and develop customer-specific roadmaps for growth and business value realization.
  • **Business Impact - Usage (Cloud & Support) Growth:** Identify and develop opportunities to drive Customer Success by working with decision-makers to communicate the value of Microsoft Teams solutions and help maximize technical investments.
  • **Resolution of Customer Blockers:** Identify and resolve issues blocking the go-live of customer success projects, utilizing deep knowledge of Microsoft Teams and technical subject matter expertise. Lead technical conversations to drive value from Microsoft investments. Deliver all work according to Microsoft best practices, policies, and reusable IP.
  • **Learn-It-All:** Demonstrate continuous, self-directed learning in areas such as Microsoft Teams management, virtualization, AI integration, business value realization, and adoption and change management. Maintain technical readiness aligned to Customer Success Unit (CSU) priorities and corporate initiatives.
  • **Accelerate Customer Outcomes:** Engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-use, and learn from others to accelerate customer transformation journeys.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field AND 2+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field AND 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field AND 6+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (internal and/or external).
  • 4+ years of experience working on technical projects.
  • Technical certifications in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams or Modern Work).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, M365, Teams App Deployment & Management, Power Platform, Networking, Cloud Adoption Framework, etc.
