Responsibilities

- Drive customer success through technical conversations and security solution plays.
- Leverage best practices, repeatable IP, and operational efficiencies.
- Apply technical and interpersonal insights to guide customer and internal conversations.
Qualifications
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, extensive experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, and people management experience. Additional experience in customer-facing roles and technical project leadership is essential. Technical certifications in cloud and security are valued.
