Overview
Join Microsoft Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) in the International Customer Success Organization as a Cloud Solution Architect for AI. You will drive innovative analytics projects, design enterprise data solutions, and deliver high customer satisfaction through technical expertise.
Responsibilities
Customer Centricity: Understand customer business and IT priorities, serve as a trusted technical advisor, manage projects across teams, ensure performance, security, and scalability, and provide valuable customer feedback.
Business Impact: Design solutions aligning with business needs, drive PoCs and MVPs, and support cloud and customer success business expansion while resolving customer blockers using Microsoft practices.
Technical Leadership: Lead outcome-focused engagements, share managed intellectual property, drive governance and change management and continuously update technical skills.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 10+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure and technology solutions plus 3+ years building cloud analytics solutions. Business fluency in English is required.
Preferred: Extensive experience with Microsoft products including Microsoft Fabric and Azure services, AI solution development, and strong domain expertise in cloud migrations and data analytics.
This position is open on an ongoing basis until filled and offers up to 100% remote work.
