Overview

The Global Channel Partner Solutions (GCPS) team drives commercial partner success across Microsoft Cloud applications, services, and devices. Our mission is to empower partners to build profitable, scalable offerings that accelerate global revenue growth and deliver transformative customer value.

As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will lead the technical strategy for assigned partners, guiding them in developing repeatable, scalable AI solutions that address real-world business challenges. You’ll champion architectural best practices, drive adoption of priority workloads, and share deep technical expertise to enable digital and AI transformation in the SME&C segment.

Responsibilities

  • Design robust, scalable, and secure cloud architectures tailored to partner needs.
  • Lead design sessions to align solutions with business and technical goals.
  • Develop proof of concepts and pilots to demonstrate solution feasibility.
  • Provide technical guidance to optimize and enhance cloud implementations.
  • Facilitate partner transitions from legacy systems to modern cloud environments.

Qualifications

Minimum education and experience include a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure and IT-related roles, including hands-on work with M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, and M365 Core.

Preferred qualifications include advanced experience and certifications in cloud technologies, as well as 4+ years in customer-facing roles and technical projects.

Compensation & Work Details

Typical base pay ranges up to $203,600 per year in various U.S. markets, with different ranges in select areas. Microsoft is unable to sponsor work visas for this role.
