Overview

There has never been a more exciting time to be working in healthcare at Microsoft. The Cloud Solution Architect will join our Health & Life Sciences Solutions team to empower clinicians with groundbreaking healthcare-oriented copilots.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, escalate, and mitigate blockers for timely deployment.
  • Apply technical and industry knowledge to solve IT challenges.
  • Deliver seamless customer and partner experiences with minimal guidance.
  • Define success criteria and proactively address dissatisfaction.
  • Communicate delivery gaps and drive product or process improvements.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the Health/Life Sciences sector. Bilingual in German and English is required. Additional qualifications include experience in customer-facing roles, technical project work, and cloud certifications such as Azure, AWS or Google.
