Overview
Microsoft's Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organization is on a mission to empower customers by accelerating business value through AI transformation. The Cloud Solution Architect - Copilot is a customer-facing role focused on driving AI adoption using Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor by translating customer challenges into actionable AI solutions.
- Drive customer success through architectural design and strategic engagement.
- Leverage Copilot prompt engineering and agent-building to scale AI initiatives.
- Identify growth opportunities with technical and sales teams to drive business expansion.
- Engage in communities, share expertise, and continuously learn to further customer transformation journeys.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Relevant experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, or technical project delivery.
- Experience in a customer-facing role and handling complex technical projects.
- Technical certifications in cloud technologies such as Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, or Google.
