We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Copilot. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience designing, deploying, and optimizing Modern Work and collaboration solutions that enhance productivity, knowledge sharing, and AI-driven experiences. This role is critical in helping customers transform how they collaborate and work using Microsoft 365, while ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business outcomes.

Responsibilities
Role Summary
The Copilot Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) is a trusted advisor and technical leader responsible for accelerating customer value realization through Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI‑powered productivity solutions. This role blends deep solution architecture expertise with strong advisory skills to design, govern, deploy, and optimize Copilot experiences at enterprise scale—ensuring measurable business impact, secure adoption, and sustainable outcomes.
1. Solution Architecture & Delivery
- Lead end‑to‑end solution architecture for Microsoft 365 Copilot scenarios across collaboration, content, meetings, and workflow intelligence
- Translate business priorities into scalable Copilot architectures aligned with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva)
- Drive technical design reviews, reference architectures, and deployment readiness for Copilot and related AI services
- Partner with account teams to unblock complex architectural challenges and accelerate time‑to‑value
- Ensure architectural decisions align with customer environments, identity models, and information architecture
2. Collaboration & Productivity Enablement
- Enable customers to reimagine collaboration and productivity using Copilot across everyday work scenarios
- Guide adoption of Copilot‑powered experiences for knowledge workers, leaders, and frontline roles
- Align Copilot usage to role‑based productivity patterns and modern work transformation goals
- Support change management motions by mapping Copilot value to user journeys and work rhythms

3. Copilot & AI Integration
- Lead integration of Microsoft 365 Copilot with customer data, apps, and workflows
- Advise on readiness requirements including licensing, data sources, and AI prerequisites
- Guide customers on extending Copilot through agents, plugins, and connectors where applicable
- Partner with Data, Power Platform, and Security specialists to deliver coherent AI solutions
- Ensure responsible AI principles are reflected in solution design and usage patterns
4. Governance, Security & Compliance
- Architect Copilot deployments with security‑by‑design principles
- Advise on information protection, data loss prevention, access controls, and lifecycle governance
- Align Copilot usage with compliance, regulatory, and enterprise risk requirements
- Guide customers on governance models for Copilot, SharePoint, and AI‑enabled content
- Act as a bridge between security stakeholders and productivity teams
5. Troubleshooting & Optimization
- Triage and resolve complex Copilot‑related adoption, architecture, or performance issues
- Analyze usage patterns and recommend optimizations to improve user impact
- Identify blockers across identity, data, governance, or change readiness
- Drive remediation plans in partnership with engineering, support, and product teams
- Ensure continuous improvement post‑deployment
7. Continuous Learning & Thought Leadership
- Stay current on Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI platform updates, and modern work innovations

Technical Skills Required – Copilot Cloud Solution Architect
Core Microsoft 365 & Copilot Skills (Must-Have)
- Microsoft 365 Copilot: Good understanding of Copilot architecture, service boundaries, and supported workloads
- Scenario design across Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint
- Knowledge of Copilot readiness requirements (licensing, identity, data, tenant configuration)
Modern Work Platform
- Microsoft Teams (meetings, chat, channels, apps, extensibility concepts)
- SharePoint Online & OneDrive (content lifecycle, permissions, information architecture)
- Exchange Online (mailbox architecture, calendar, compliance considerations)
- Viva (especially Viva Topics, Insights, Engage – awareness level)
