As a Cloud & AI Infrastructure Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) in iCSU, you will partner with Microsoft’s largest and most strategic customers to design, migrate, modernize, and operate secure, resilient, and AI-ready Azure infrastructure platforms. You will lead customer-funded technical engagements, remove adoption blockers, and drive production outcomes across migration, modernization, security, resiliency, and AI readiness scenarios.
This role enables you to accelerate your technical and leadership growth, deepen your cloud and AI infrastructure expertise, and strengthen your business acumen by linking architectural decisions to measurable customer value, consumption, and longterm success. The role supports hybrid work aligned to customer and business needs.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical delivery outcomes for Cloud & AI Infrastructure engagements, driving committed milestones to close across migration and modernization initiatives.
- Lead secure, resilient, and scalable Azure infrastructure architectures across landing zones, networking, storage, compute, backup, DR, monitoring, and governance.
- Enable AI-ready infrastructure by ensuring customer environments meet security, resiliency, data, and performance requirements for AI workloads at scale.
- Drive outcomes by identifying next best actions and generating incremental pipeline from every delivery engagement.
- Provide delivery oversight and escalation support for Factory and Unified engagements, ensuring quality, repeatability, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner closely with CSAMs, STUs, engineering, and partners to deliver One Microsoft outcomes following MCEM.
- Contribute to and reuse repeatable IP, reference architectures, and accelerators to improve scale and delivery efficiency.
- Act as the voice of the customer by sharing insights and feedback to influence product and service improvements.
- Maintain deep technical expertise through ongoing skilling, certifications, accreditations, and community participation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6+ years of experience in cloud / infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, architecture, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure services including compute, networking, storage, monitoring, backup, and security.
- Experience delivering migration and modernization projects using Azure Migrate, Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF), Well-Architected Framework (WAF), and Landing Zones.
- Knowledge of security and resiliency principles including Defender for Cloud, identity, networking security, and business continuity & disaster recovery.
- Ability to work in customer-facing roles, leading technical discussions with senior IT and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in cloud or infrastructure architecture, consulting, or delivery roles.
- Azure certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Security Engineer Associate.
- Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud scenarios including Azure Arc, AVS, or regulated / sovereign environments.
- Exposure to infrastructure-as-code using Bicep or Terraform and DevOps practices.
- Experience supporting SAP on Azure, Linux, Windows Server, databases, or mission-critical workloads.
