About the Role

There has never been a more exciting time to be working in healthcare at Microsoft. Our Health & Life Sciences Solutions organization is an interdisciplinary team of product managers, designers, engineers, and clinicians designing, developing, and deploying next-generation healthcare solutions powered by the Microsoft Cloud for healthcare organizations around the world.

Role Overview

As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will be an integral member of a team within HLS Solutions working to empower clinicians with groundbreaking healthcare-oriented copilots. You will apply your skills in project management, instructional design and delivery, training, change management, and user engagement to deploy new technologies aimed at driving positive healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver efficient, seamless customer and partner experiences with minimal supervision.
  • Define success criteria based on customer goals.
  • Identify, escalate, and mitigate blockers to speed solution deployment.
  • Apply business, technical or industry knowledge to support projects.
  • Identify delivery gaps and communicate improvements to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for consumption, usage, and unified expansion via Microsoft solutions.
  • Engage customers and partners with active listening and constructive feedback.
  • Monitor industry trends to align architectures with business objectives.
  • Record and execute opportunities using Microsoft Customer Engagement Model.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field with experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, or similar roles. Must be German and English speaking.

Preferred: Customer-facing experience, technical project experience, and technical certification in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google, or security certifications).
