Overview

In Microsoft, Small Medium Enterprise & Channel (SME&C) team, the Cloud Solution Architect Business Solutions AI Workforce is pivotal in delivering customer success. Reporting to the Cloud Solution Architect Manager, you will enable SMC customers & Partners to achieve optimal business outcomes from their Microsoft technology investments.

Role Responsibilities

You will:

• Adapt business models and solutions to actionable insights.
• Act as the voice of the customer (VOC) to influence priorities.
• Champion existing architecture approaches to meet commitments.
• Lead customer/partner technical projects and design reviews.
• Resolve technical blockers and minimize risks using governance.
• Engage with communities and share technical input internally.
• Drive Azure consumption and customer satisfaction through optimized solutions.

Responsibilities in Detail

Focus areas include customer centricity, business value, technical leadership, and accelerating customer outcomes using Microsoft M365 and related cloud services. You will work closely with sales and technical experts, leveraging Microsoft products to deliver tangible customer success and business growth.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field with 4+ years (or 6+ years with a master’s) experience in cloud/infrastructure and technical consulting is required. Technical certifications (MS-102, MD-102, SC-400, MS-202, MS-220, MS-700) are preferred. Experience in customer-facing roles and deep technical expertise are mandatory. New Zealand Citizenship & security clearance is a strong advantage.
