About the Role

Microsoft is seeking a Cloud Solution Architect - Azure Data Analytics & AI to empower customers by accelerating their transformation on Microsoft Azure. As part of the Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) organization, you will work directly with customers to deploy cloud infrastructure solutions and enable AI readiness using methodologies like the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well-Architected Framework (WAF).

Responsibilities

Customer & Business Impact:

  • Deliver solutions aligned with Microsoft methodologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers for successful deployments.
  • Identify and mitigate blockers and manage risks.
  • Contribute to opportunities to drive consumption growth.

Customer Engagement & Experience:

  • Support customer adoption of Microsoft-aligned solutions.
  • Build relationships with technical decision-makers.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to influence product development.
  • Address customer dissatisfaction and enhance value realisation.

Partner Collaboration:

  • Assist partners with scalable offerings and initial implementations.
  • Provide technical enablement and pre-sales support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support partner success.

Technical Leadership:

  • Identify gaps and contribute to product and process improvements.
  • Support team upskilling and participate in virtual technical communities.
  • Contribute to intellectual property development including emerging AI scenarios.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of experience in cloud, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, support or architecture-related roles.

Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years customer-facing experience, and technical certifications in cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.

Work Arrangement

This role offers flexibility with up to 50% remote work capability.
