Microsoft is actively seeking a Cloud Solution Architect - AI Copilot, specializing in AI solutions. This role is crucial for driving customers’ AI transformation journeys with Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot. As a customer-facing, strategic trusted advisor and technical subject matter expert, you will accelerate AI adoption and change management by demonstrating clear business value and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Satisfaction: Drive positive Customer Satisfaction and become a trusted advisor by leveraging AI fundamentals, Graph API, and Copilot for M365 expertise to achieve defined Customer Success Plan outcomes. Actively listen and respectfully challenge to ensure the best results.
• Customer/Partner Insights: Provide valuable feedback and insights from customers and partners to relevant Microsoft teams, including Product Groups, to facilitate continuous improvement across offerings.
• Accelerate Value Realization: Engage actively with business and technical decision makers to drive intent, enablement, and usage of Copilot for M365, ensuring long-term customer renewal. Collaborate with technical and sales experts to identify additional opportunities, developing customer-specific roadmaps for further growth and business value realization.
• Usage (Cloud & Support) Growth: Develop opportunities to enhance Customer Success business results by working with business and technical decision makers to ensure a clear understanding of Microsoft's M365 Copilot value proposition. Lead architecture design sessions for M365 Copilot, addressing customer questions and providing best practices for solution activation within customer environments. Identify and resolve issues blocking customer success project go-lives, utilizing deep technical expertise in Copilot for M365. Lead business and technical conversations to maximize value from Microsoft investments. Deliver all work according to Microsoft best practices, policies, and repeatable intellectual property.
• Learn It All: Demonstrate a self-learner mindset by continuously aligning individual skills with team/area demands and Customer Success goals.
• Accelerate Customer Outcomes: Engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP reuse, and learn from peers to accelerate customer transformation journeys.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field AND 2+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting; OR equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365: Architecture and capabilities of Copilot across Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
• Familiarity with Prompting patterns, grounding, limitations, and responsible usage of Copilot.
• Understanding of Copilot extensibility concepts such as Graph grounding, plugins, and connectors.

Additional Or Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 5+ years experience in relevant areas; OR Master's Degree in a related field AND 3+ years experience in relevant areas; OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role (internal and/or external).
• 2+ years experience working on technical projects.
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google) or security certifications.
