Cloud Solution Architect - AI Business Process
Microsoft is empowering organizations to harness artificial intelligence to transform business processes. In this customer-facing role, you will guide customers through architectural design sessions, proof of concept developments and transition legacy systems to modern cloud environments.
By integrating AI capabilities across devices, cloud platforms, and business applications, you will help drive usage, performance, and cost-efficiency while maintaining adherence to Microsoft best practices.
Responsibilities
- Customer Centricity: Drive customer satisfaction and serve as a trusted advisor using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.
- Business Impact: Work with decision makers to generate value and resolve blockers for successful projects.
- Technical Leadership: Lead design sessions, create IP, and share insights with community peers.
- Continuous Learning: Embrace a self-learning mindset and stay updated on evolving Microsoft technologies.
Qualifications
Requirements include 2+ years of relevant industry experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, experience with Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform, and a relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Preferred candidates have additional years in technical leadership, customer-facing roles, and relevant technical certifications.

This role is available across various locations in the United States. Travel requirements may vary based on customer needs and role specifics.
