Join our team of experienced solution sales specialists and technical experts at Microsoft to help our most important customers achieve secure digital and AI transformation with Microsoft’s Cloud & AI Platforms.

Role Responsibilities

As a Cloud & AI Platforms Sales Specialist, you will serve as a trusted advisor by blending business and technical expertise. You will engage with senior decision makers to uncover transformation initiatives, lead virtual teams comprising technical experts, partners, and consultants, and drive the sales process to exceed solution sales and consumption targets.

  • Guide customers in evaluating their cloud and AI strategy.
  • Create compelling business cases through workshops and webinars.
  • Collaborate across teams, partners, and services to expand pipelines.
  • Build C-suite relationships and influence long-term strategic directions.
  • Mentor team members and share best practices within Microsoft.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution: Engage customers, drive digital transformation, and accelerate deal closures through a structured approach. Manage the full sales execution process from opportunity identification to closing.

Scaling and Collaboration: Collaborate with partners and internal teams to devise partner strategies and jointly develop proposals.

Technical Expertise: Lead technical discussions, mentor colleagues, analyze competitor products, and position Microsoft favorably against competitors.

Sales Excellence: Manage pipelines, forecast account trends, and execute territory plans using CRM and business analysis tools.

Qualifications

Required qualifications include a proven track record in technology-related sales or account management, or a degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field, coupled with relevant experience. Fluency in Finnish is required. Preferred qualifications include experience with major cloud platforms, advanced degrees, and a strong record in solution or services sales.
