Overview
The Business Strategy Manager at Microsoft in the Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) organization will drive strategic vision and operational excellence. You will lead the annual planning process, manage cross-functional initiatives, and work with senior leaders to execute a continuous planning motion.
Responsibilities
- Lead the annual planning exercise for CE&S business units.
- Coordinate with Microsoft GTM (MCAPS) planning team.
- Drive process improvements through AI planning agents and improved tooling.
- Establish and manage the rhythm of business planning.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to inform recommendations.
- Develop clear, engaging presentations and deliver findings to senior executives.
Qualifications
Required qualifications include a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields combined with professional experience in GTM planning at a tech company. Experience in business transformation, analysis, and effective communication using tools like PowerPoint is essential.
