Join us in Global Skilling to maximize human potential through transformative skilling experiences. As a Business Program Management Internship at Microsoft, you will help analyze learning trends, investigate emerging learning technology startups, and drive stronger adoption of tools like Copilot.

Responsibilities

  • Support research on emerging learning‑technology trends and startups.
  • Analyze user, market, and competitive data to uncover insights.
  • Evaluate program performance with well-defined metrics.
  • Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with partners and build program collateral.
  • Participate in cross‑intern projects for process improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver a final presentation to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required: Pursuing a Bachelor's in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field with at least 1 year of undergraduate studies.

Preferred: Experience in program management or process improvement; strong communication skills; interest in emerging learning technologies, AI tools and digital education trends; experience with market or competitor analysis.

Compensation & Duration

This is a 100% remote internship available for US based candidates from June 15, 2026 to August 7, 2026. The base pay ranges vary by location.
