Role Overview:

  • Drive AI Workforce sales execution and digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with virtual teams including technical, partner, and consulting resources.
  • Engage dedicated enterprise customers and generate pipeline opportunities.
  • Conduct business evaluations and recommend Microsoft Cloud solutions.
  • Achieve/exceed solution sales targets while delivering customer value.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sales Execution: Identify customer needs and develop AI Workforce solutions.
  • Business Value Selling: Expand relationships with key business decision makers.
  • Scaling and Collaboration: Work with internal partners to orchestrate sales opportunities.
  • Technical Expertise: Initiate conversations and share best practices.
  • Sales Excellence: Plan, forecast, and manage pipeline with precision.

Qualifications: 3+ years sales and negotiation experience or equivalent, with additional experience selling cloud services to large/global customers and proven communication skills. A strong technical aptitude and understanding of digital transformation are essential.

This role offers flexibility with up to 40% remote work and requires a collaborative spirit to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
