About the Role

Join Microsoft as an AI Solution Engineer – Copilot & Agentic AI. In this role, you will lead enterprise customers on their journey into the world of Copilot 365/Studio and Agentic AI.

In This Role, You Will

  • Drive adoption of Copilot and Agentic AI across enterprises.
  • Lead hands-on engagements such as POCs, hackathons, and architecture workshops.
  • Help customers design and build tailored AI agents for real business needs.
  • Collaborate with AI Foundry, Azure AI, and Responsible AI for secure, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive technical sales with business and IT decision makers through demos and PoCs.
  • Lead technical engagements including hackathons, code sessions, and architecture workshops.
  • Build trusted relationships with developers and platform leaders.
  • Resolve technical blockers and collaborate with engineering teams.
  • Maintain deep expertise in AI Foundry, Agentic AI framework, Semantic Kernel, and cloud-native technologies.
  • Represent Microsoft as a thought leader in developer communities and customer forums.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 3+ years in technical pre-sales or consulting, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT, expertise in full stack app architecture and cloud native development (APIs, containerization, microservices, event-driven, Python, Java, .NET).

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree in related field, expertise in AI & ML models (Agentic AI framework, AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, etc.), and proven ability to lead technical engagements resulting in production-scale outcomes.
