As an AI Business Solutions Expert, you will drive technical engagements, deliver compelling demos, and help accelerate the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio & Agents, and related solutions.

Role Responsibilities

  • Independently lead technical demos, pilots, and envisioning sessions for Copilot and AI Agents.
  • Develop and document a winning technical strategy using MSX.
  • Collaborate with partners and Customer Success for smooth handoffs.
  • Eliminate technical blockers and emphasize Microsoft’s unique differentiation.
  • Maintain 100% deal hygiene and partner engagement on qualified opportunities.
  • Achieve L200 consultative and L400 technical certifications and report quarterly.

Qualifications

A strong academic background in Computer Science or related fields is required, along with several years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience. Proficiency in English is necessary while skills in French are considered an asset.

Additional Information

The role offers flexibility in work arrangements, competitive compensation based on Canadian salary ranges (CAD $96,000 - CAD $177,600 per year), and continuous career opportunities. Microsoft values respect, integrity, and accountability, fostering a culture of inclusion and support.
