Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure position control numbers are properly assigned to reporting managers and maintain accurate tracking systems.
  • Draft and create requisitions for new positions, ensuring all required information is complete and accurate.
  • Update and maintain various tools and systems used throughout the hiring process.
  • Track and monitor progress for each new position control number, coordinating closely with hiring managers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between business teams and talent acquisition, facilitating seamless communication.
  • Maintain data accuracy and consistency across all recruitment systems and platforms.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications related to hiring activities.
  • Process and track hiring-related documentation and ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Provide weekly updates on project status and deliverables.
  • Complete special projects as assigned to support team objectives.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of overall professional experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in administration or recruiting environments.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience collaborating across multiple teams.
  • Previous human resources experience strongly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail with emphasis on data accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and proactive approach to challenges.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities in fast-paced environments.

 

Additional Details & Benefits

This is a remote contract position with a duration of 3 months, offering a weekly schedule of 40 hours. The pay range for this non-exempt role is $25 - $28.50 per hour. The application deadline is within 72 hours of the posting date for consideration.
