Overview

The Administrative Assistant position is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. The selected candidate will support senior management by managing calendars, coordinating travel, and facilitating team logistics for multiple director-level managers.

Summary

This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. Responsibilities include scheduling for 22 director-level managers, travel and expense coordination, event organization, and special project support.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars for 22 director-level managers efficiently.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting.
  • Organize team logistics including events, equipment, and swag.
  • Act as an interim approver for expenses following company policies.
  • Assist with departmental financial and personnel operations.
  • Complete special projects as assigned by senior management.

Requirements

Candidates should have previous administrative support experience, strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft tools, and excellent organizational and communication skills. Local candidates residing in Washington state are required due to hybrid work expectations.
