Overview
The Administrative Assistant (Contract) role supports high-level executives through comprehensive administrative duties. The candidate will manage calendars, coordinate travel, process expenses, and support departmental operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Process business expenses and assist with financial operations for the department.
- Respond to staff inquiries regarding onboarding, expenses, and other administrative matters.
- Support new employee setup and orientation processes.
- Serve as the primary contact for departmental communications and general office support.
- Assist in coordinating meetings and events for executives and their teams.
- Complete special projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Experience supporting high-level executives is a plus.
- Familiarity with corporate environments in technology is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar management strategies.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder interaction.
Additional Details
This is a contract role provided through Allegis Global Solutions. The position is located in Redmond, WA with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite per week) for a duration of 8 months. The weekly schedule is 40 hours with a pay range of $30 - $34 per hour.
