Overview

The Administrative Assistant position is a contract role provided to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. This role supports the talent acquisition team by offering comprehensive administrative support and ensuring efficient contact between business and recruitment teams.

Summary

As an Administrative Assistant you will manage schedules, coordinate travel, process business expenses, and organize meetings and events while overseeing various administrative functions including department operations, procurement, and special projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform complex administrative functions for management and external partners.
  • Manage schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, and process expenses.
  • Organize meetings and events and oversee operational tasks.
  • Manage procurement of goods including office supplies and equipment.
  • Provide general office support as the primary contact.
  • Complete special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • 3+ years in fast-paced administration/recruiting environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Additional Details

This role is fully remote within the United States, is an 8-month contract position with a 40-hour weekly schedule, and pays between $25 and $28.50 per hour. Employment is through Allegis Global Solutions, an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
