About the Role
Microsoft Advertising empowers the largest advertisers to reach their full potential through digital advertising. As an Account Manager Media & AdTech Solutions at Microsoft, you will drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction by cultivating strategic client relationships and delivering customized digital advertising solutions.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing comprehensive account plans alongside Account Executives and specialist teams.
- Identifying client business drivers, seasonality, and optimization opportunities.
- Influencing digital marketing managers and decision makers with data insights and product demonstrations.
- Optimizing the client portfolio to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Supporting negotiation strategies for smooth contract renewals and upselling Microsoft Advertising products.
- Collaborating internally to ensure successful execution of campaigns and account transitions.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have digital advertising sales experience, strong account management skills, and a background in sales, advertising or marketing. A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field is required along with relevant work experience. Experience with partner management and project management is a plus.
Work Environment
In alignment with Microsoft’s flexible work approach, especially for roles in Microsoft Germany, you are recommended to spend at least two days per week in the office or at a customer site. Microsoft values inclusion, respect, and integrity in its work culture.
