Responsibilities

  • Partner with Copilot Engineering and Product leaders for strategic planning.
  • Lead business rhythms including leadership meetings and planning cycles.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives and timely execution of priorities.
  • Advise leadership with clarity and focus.
  • Manage communications and change management across the organization.
  • Support organizational health with a focus on culture, inclusion, and team effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with finance, HR, and other support functions for operational efficiency.
  • Lead special projects spanning engineering and product teams.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field plus 8 years experience in business planning, strategy, operations, or similar roles. Experience in Chief of Staff, program management, or strategic operations within technical or product organizations is essential. Strong understanding of engineering and product development, exceptional communication, collaborative skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment are required.

Preferred: MBA in a relevant field and experience with Excel spreadsheets.

Compensation

The typical base pay range in the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year, with higher ranges applicable in specific areas such as the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
