Senior Product Owner Smart Manufacturing and AI

Micron Technology is seeking a Senior Product Owner to join their Smart Manufacturing and Artificial Intelligence organization. This role focuses on defining, driving, and delivering end-to-end smart manufacturing solutions integrated across business functions, leveraging automation, AI, and machine learning to enhance processes.

Responsibilities And Tasks

  • Prior hands-on experience working in a semiconductor fabrication environment is mandatory.
  • Work with business users to capture and analyze information related to the adoption of apps for Smart Manufacturing.

Main Initial Focus

The initial focus of this position will be to support FE-SMAI for HBM3, including:

  • Deployment of existing FE smart-manufacturing solutions to HBM3 PWF and assembly.
  • Integration of FE/BE smart-manufacturing capabilities (e.g., efficiently link yield loss between C2-C4 to FE, PWF, and assembly processing).
  • Coordination of SMAI tactical support on current top HBM3 yield issues across front-end, PWF, assembly, and test.
