Senior Manager, Workplace Operations

Overview

Micron Technology is seeking a Senior Manager, Workplace Operations to lead a passionate team in delivering outstanding workplace services across global non-manufacturing sites. This role focuses on space planning, occupancy management, and coordinated facility management, ensuring compliance and operational excellence across facilities.

Space Planning & Occupancy

Lead execution of space planning activities, manage occupancy logistics including restacks, seat assignments, and space moves. Maintain and govern spatial data systems (e.g., Serraview, CA) and support hybrid work strategies by balancing flexibility with operational efficiency. Collaborate with HR and business units to adjust plans for growth, consolidation, or reconfiguration.

• Oversee global non-manufacturing site planning.
• Manage occupancy logistics and data systems.
• Support hybrid workplace models.

Coordinated Facility Management (CFM)

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Work with IT, HR, EHS, and Procurement to support uniform workplace solutions. Oversee vendor management and training for facility teams and partners.

• Monitor compliance and safety standards.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams.

Project Coordination

Manage construction and renovation projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and internal partners to ensure on-time, within budget project delivery. Provide leadership updates on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.

• Oversee project lifecycle and logistics.
• Ensure timely, budget-friendly execution.
