Job Overview

The Senior Manager Product Marketing is a hands-on leader responsible for guiding the strategic management of our ADAS and Display connectivity product line, including the pioneering ASA Motion Link chipset. This role is central to driving the market success of our ASA product line, managing the product lifecycle, and being the public face for ASA related activities at various industry events.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of product marketing and product line managers.
• Represent Microchip as a thought leader in automotive connectivity.
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the automotive sector.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and product roadmaps.
• Collaborate across engineering, sales, and customer support teams.
• Engage key stakeholders, customers, partners, and industry alliances.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering; MBA is an asset.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in automotive semiconductor product management and marketing.
• Experience managing product lifecycle from concept to production.
• Deep knowledge of automotive connectivity standards including ASA-ML.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%.
