Original Job Summary
Overview of Position
The Customer Relations Coordinator II at MicroCare LLC coordinates all aspects of the customer experience regarding products, packaging, shipping regulations, pricing, credit terms and order status, while supporting domestic and international Outside Sales teams with reporting, quoting, and other needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service functions on inquiries for all product platforms.
- Work within Chempax (ERP) to prepare and process sales quotes and orders, and update customer contact information.
- Manage orders, confirm pricing and quantity accuracy, and process order modifications.
- Coordinate information flow among Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, and Shipping.
- Prepare shipping documents and manage special pricing for select accounts.
- Support Sales in addressing customer inquiries and product data requests.
- Assist with A/R tracking and resolution of outstanding invoices.
Competencies & Experience
Candidates should excel in customer service, possess strong Excel and ERP experience, and demonstrate effective problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills. Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly chemical, and bilingual abilities are preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School degree with 5+ years of Customer Service Experience
- Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Suite skills
- At least one year of ERP system experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication ability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and industry regulations (DOT, IMDG, IATA)
