Job Overview

Join micro1's team as a Web and Digital Interface Designers. In this role, you will create intuitive, innovative, and visually engaging experiences for diverse digital platforms, integrate e-commerce strategies, and collaborate across teams while enhancing AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with management, users, and developers to design e-commerce solutions.
  • Manage full scope of web development projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct user research to refine and elevate digital interfaces.
  • Communicate with network personnel and hosting agencies to resolve technical issues.
  • Prioritize project needs and resolve design conflicts with internal teams.
  • Utilize advanced technologies and frameworks for responsive interfaces.
  • Contribute to AI training by iterating on interface design strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in Airtable, Amazon EC2, Blackboard software, Transact-SQL, Apache Kafka, Maven, Spark, UNIX Shell scripting, Oracle Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition (J2EE), Scala, Swift, and jQuery. Experience with Apple iOS, Google Android platforms, Microsoft Windows Server, Bootstrap, React, Spring Framework, and Vue.js. Ability to develop scalable algorithms with excellent communication and detail orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience collaborating in cross-functional remote teams, background in leveraging AI tools or training for machine learning systems, and a portfolio with measurable user engagement improvements.
