The Visual Arts Teacher - AI Trainer role at micro1 is a part-time, remote position that blends traditional visual arts expertise with emerging AI technology. You will create and deliver art training content and collaborate with technical teams to enhance AI learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Curate and develop high-quality visual arts content for AI training modules.
• Apply deep art and design principles to refine data sets for AI.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and content creators on training materials.
• Provide feedback to improve AI models' understanding of art.
• Document insights and best practices from analog arts.
• Participate in team meetings and offer creative solutions.
• Communicate effectively through written and verbal updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in visual arts curation, art, and design.
• Strong understanding of art history across various movements and media.
• Hands-on experience with analog arts such as painting, drawing, printmaking, or sculpture.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to distill complex artistic concepts for technical teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote environment.
• BA in art or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited institution in the EU or US.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration bridging art and technology.
