Join our team as a tech-savvy Generalist to help build cutting-edge datasets using the Oculus Quest 3. In this part-time, remote role, you will record everyday home tasks with high-quality first-person videos following clear capture protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture short, high-quality videos of everyday household tasks.
• Ensure hands, arms, and body are clearly visible with stable framing.
• Follow strict privacy rules: record solo without faces or personal items.
• Accurately name, organize, and upload files with proper metadata.
• Perform light troubleshooting including storage checks and firmware updates.
• Review work against SOPs and provide concise asynchronous updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ownership of Oculus Quest 3.
• Reliable smartphone/computer and internet connection.
• Basic skills in POV capture, framing, and lighting.
• High attention to detail for file naming, metadata, and privacy compliance.
• Clear written communication and ability to follow detailed protocols independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data capture, content creation, or QC checklists.
• Familiarity with RGB-D, IMU, and basic calibration.
• Consistency in repetitive tasks and strong adherence to checklists.
